Cottage Plans

Cottages Over 2,000 s.f. For cottage plans over 2,000 square feet, we have plans for narrow lots, wide lots, "postage stamp" lots, ocean front, sound front and mid-island lots for all coastal areas. We have reversed floor plans (bedrooms on the bottom), standard plans, single-level plans, and multilevel plans to five stories. We design many of our plans with double fronts, for attractive sides on the water side and the street side. Whether the plan is for rental income or custom family design that will be in the family for generations, we have a plan for you. A great many of our plans are designed with elevators.

Cottages Under 2,000 s.f. For cottage plans up to 2,000 square feet, we have designs for narrow lots, wide lots, and special height requirements. We have designs for reversed floor plans, single-levels and multi-levels. We have plans that can be custom-designed cottages for your family, or as a cottage for rental income benefits. We have several designs with elevators.

Duplex Cottages For a selection of duplex cottages, we have several designs. From narrow lots, very small lots, over-and-under and side-by-side duplexes. We also have reversed floor plans and combination plans, some designed for rental income, some for individual family use. We have designs from 600 square feet all the way up to 5,000 square feet for ocean front or larger if you have an inland location. And, several of our duplex designs have elevators.
