For a selection of duplex cottages, we have several designs. From narrow lots, very small lots, over-and-under and side-by-side duplexes.
We also have reversed floor plans and combination plans, some designed for rental income, some for individual family use. We have designs from 600 square feet all the way up to 5,000 square feet for ocean front or larger if you have an inland location. And, several of our duplex designs have elevators.
