The Bogue 1850-4 takes its name from the Bogue Sound area of North Carolina's Outer Banks. This plan has been a very successful cottage design, whose success is from a terrific layout. With all the bedrooms having a view and deck access, this plan is one of our long-time favorites.

The bedrooms on the lower level give the best views of the living level above. With three full baths at your service, getting ready for fun is always easier. The main bedroom suite on the same floor as the living area is excellent for retired couples and their guests. Depending on your view and living needs, the first and second floors can also be switched.
