DESCRIPTION

The Lumina Watch 3789-6E is a cottage where elevated views are available. By having the bedrooms on the 1st floor, the great room, dining and kitchen share some of the better views on the second floor, with a lookout tower on the top floor. A main bedroom on the great room level is convenient for all activities. The ground floor has plenty of space for 5 or 6 cars or boats. This plan is only 35’ wide and 60’ deep.
