DESCRIPTION

The Sand Castle 1008-2 beach house plan offers a generous 1,008 sq. ft. of living space spread across three floors. This charming design features two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, providing comfort and convenience. At 14 feet wide, it is one of our narrowest house plans.

Convenience is essential with the Sand Castle 1008-2 beach house plan. The garage on the ground floor is strategically located for easy access and offers ample parking and storage space. Depending on the location of the driveway, the garage door may be in front or rear, ensuring a seamless transition from your car to your home.
