DESCRIPTION

The Seaspray 1200-3 beach cottage features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This classic beach cottage plan has been a popular choice for many years!

On the ground floor, there's a spacious 3-car carport with a convenient boatport, extra storage, and a convenient rinse shower for washing off sandy feet after a day by the sea.
