DESCRIPTION

The Wrightsville 2160-5E beach house plan provides a spacious 2,160 sq. ft. of living space, featuring five bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and even an elevator for added convenience.

KEY FEATURES

Ground Floor: The ground floor consists of garages, a rinse shower for washing off sand from the beach, and a welcoming entry area.

First Floor: On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, with two of them providing access to the covered porch in the back. Additionally, there are two shared bathrooms, a designated area for a washer/dryer, and covered porches in both the front and back of the house.

Second Floor: The second floor features a well-equipped kitchen with an island and two pantry areas. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room and dining area feature vaulted ceilings, offering an open and airy feel. This floor also includes a half bathroom, a covered porch in the back, and the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to the pergola-covered deck in the front.
